Kevin Reichard Takes MEKC Round 2 in Dubai

Middle East Karting CupAustrian Kevin Reichard played the waiting game to perfection to win the Senior Rotax Max Final race of the second round of the Middle East Karting Championship (MEKC) at the Kartdrome at the Dubai Autodrome on Saturday, 1 March. After two opening days of dominance by local hero Sheikh Hasher Al Maktoum the Austrian ace timed his attack to perfection by peaking in the Pre-Final and stamped his authority with a commanding drive to victory in the Final.

Mitchell GilbertThe Kosmic racing department has announced their driver lineup for 2008, and in the KF3 category this includes Mitchell Gilbert - an Australian driver that has been karting in Malaysia for the past 7 years or so. Mitchell will be representing Malaysia in the ultra-competitive WSK series in the KF3 category. There are already 90 drivers on the provisional entry list. Good luck Mitch! Kartmore Racing Services has made an announcement on the Junior Max engine recall and Mojo D2 tire availability. The engine recall will take place at Kartmore Racing Services this Friday.
