New Rotax Dealer for Brunei and East Malaysia
KRS Motorsports/Kartmore Racing services has appointed Maju Advance Motorsports as an Authorized Rotax Dealer and Service center for Brunei and East Malaysia. As the Authorized dealer for Brunei, Maju Advance Motorsports also has also been given the right to organise the Rotax Max Challenge Brunei which they plan to do in 2009. This will provide an opportunity for a Bruneian to be the first to represent his country at the Rotax Max Grand Finals.

Sunny Sentul Welcomes AKOC
The weather finally favoured the Asian Karting Karting Open Championship at the 3rd round held in Sentul, Indonesia. After a wet Macau and Carmona the sunshine was a welcome treat to competitors. Tin Sritrai cut through the field like a hot knife through butter to grab the Senior final victory after starting dead-last, Kevin Susilo kept Bryan Mehta at bay in the Juniors, and Igor Fraga took the closely contested Mini Rok race.
Ritchie, Lee, King to Represent Malaysia
The final round of the Rotax Max Challenge Malaysia series was held yesterday at the Speedway PLUS circuit in USJ Subang Jaya. Ryan Ritchie, James Lee, and John King secured their championships and will represent Malaysia in La Conca at the end of November at the Rotax Max Challenge Grand Finals. Lim Trumps Mumford to the Flag
Aaron Lim and Ryan Mumford put on a show at the 2nd round of the Yamaha SL Cup Malaysia series yesterday. Having won heats 1 and 2 Mumford had a bad start in the final but then made his way back up past Melvin Moh and then caught up with Lim and overtook him with half the race to go. Lim followed Mumford closely for several laps only to make a move for the lead on the penultimate lap and he made it stick by defending throughout the final lap. Download the RESULTS from yesterday. AKOC Philippines – Round 2
The 2nd round of the Asian Karting Open Championship was held at the picturesque Carmona circuit in the Philippines. A total of 12 different categories were run with 67 entries. KartingPhotography.com has posted a race report as well as pictures here.
