Asia Rotax Max Challenge Info
Kartmore Racing Services has released these two files for competitors for the opening round of the Rotax Max Challenge Asia series scheduled for 5-6 April, in Kota Bharu, Malaysia.
It looks set to be the greatest year yet for the Rotax Max Challenge Asia. Entries are expected to be at least in the high-teens for both senior and masters categories, while juniors are expected to near the 30-mark. Get your entries in early, and for more information contact Kartmore Racing. Will you be a part of the action?
Rotax Max Challenge Malaysia Rd.1
The first round of the 2008 Plus Rotax Max Challenge Malaysia was held over last weekend at the Sepang International Karting Circuit. In the senior category Imran Zaharias took first ahead of Masedenal Ali and Mikko Nassi. Full results for all categories are available on the MyLaps website. Pictures to follow.

Mitchell Gilbert Joins Factory Kosmic Team in 2008
The Kosmic racing department has announced their driver lineup for 2008, and in the KF3 category this includes Mitchell Gilbert - an Australian driver that has been karting in Malaysia for the past 7 years or so.
Mitchell will be representing Malaysia in the ultra-competitive WSK series in the KF3 category. There are already 90 drivers on the provisional entry list. Good luck Mitch! You can read the announcement by kosmic on their website here.

Attention Malaysia Max Racers – Tires and Engine Recall
Kartmore Racing Services has made an announcement on the Junior Max engine recall and Mojo D2 tire availability. The engine recall will take place at Kartmore Racing Services this Friday. Check the announcement on their site here. Also the Mojo D2 tyres which will be used in the Rotax Challenge are now available for purchase. Read the announcement on the KRS site here, and discuss the Mojo D2 tires in the forum.
