This street course was used on the 6th and 7th of April 2002 for the "Johor International Invitational Kart-Prix." The event was held in conjunction with a large motorsports festival to celebrate the birthday of the Sultan of Johor. Karamjit Singh performed a demonstration run in his rally car on the track and a team of proton drivers used the main straight for a "stunt" show.
