Asia Challenge Indonesia The 2nd round of the 2009 Rotax Asia Challenge has been confirmed to be at the Sentul Karting Circuit in Indonesia, on the 9th-10th of May. Entry forms and hotel booking forms will be available soon.

Afiq on the Top StepThe Indonesian National championship kicked off in Sentul last weekend, with Mohammad Afiq taking victory in the Seniors and Kevin Susilo victorious in the Formula Junior category. Senna SN won the Rotax Junior category.

KRS Motorsports Appoint Indonesia Dealer

At the Press Conference held on 5 January, 2009 in Jakarta, the Malaysian karting company Kartmore Racing Services announced the appointment of a new dealer for the whole of Indonesia effective 1 January, 2009. The new company KARS MOTORSPORTS will be handling all sales and service of Rotax engines, parts as well as other agencies lines held by KRS.

The Indonesian and Asian Rotax Max Challenges came to a close at the Sentul International Karting circuit today. On the Indonesian side Alexandra Asmasoebrata (Senior) and Rio Haryanto (Junior) both arrived at their final National round with healthy leads in the championships and both kept hold of their leads to take the championships.Mikko Nassi (Senior), John King (Masters), and Muhammad Nabil (Junior) took the Asia Max Challenge championship titles. Ooi Fei Hoong has already earlier secured the DD2 title.More results to follow.
